Delivery and shipping
All goods are supplied as new (unless otherwise stated) and will be dispatched to the address associated with the payment method used, goods cannot be dispatched to a different address or PO Box.
The Home Technologies Company currently does not ship items outside the UK.
All goods will be carefully packed and the packaging should be retained to return the item if damaged, goods return not in the original packaging may be rejected (see Returns policy). All other returns must be returned in the original packing in an “as new” condition.
When goods are shipped an email will be sent ,where possible, to the email address provided to confirm shipping, the goods should then be received within 48hrs. If the goods do not arrive (please ensure not with nieghbour or delivery card issued) please contact THT-co by email or use the web form if available.

If on receipt of the goods the boxes are damaged DO NOT accept the parcel and contact THT-co as soon as possible via email .
Items Damaged Upon Receipt
Please check your order within 1 working days of receipt of the items. If you find that the items are damaged in any way, please contact us by email within 7 working days starting the day after delivery to report the items as damaged on arrival and we will advise you of a RMA. See returns policy.
